To enroll in the All Kids Health Insurance Program, you have 3 options:
1.) Apply Online Now
To Apply Online Now, click here. This is the application to enroll in the All Kids health insurance program through the State of Illinois. By clicking on the link, you will be able to begin the application process and submit it directly to the State of Illinois online. If you have questions when filling out the application, please call the State of Illinois All Kids Hotline, 1-866-ALL-KIDS.
2.) Fill out an All Kids Insurance Referral Form for Assistance
If you would like help in finding an enrollment location near you/ and or need help with the application process, please fill out the form on the right. An All Kids Application Agent (AKAA) will contact you to set up an appointment. An AKAA is an Illinois certified agent that assists families in completing the application process. This appointment is proven to help families complete the application and collect all necessary documentation to successfully submit the application.
3.) Visit an Enrollment Site for Application Assistance
